I have some great news about my home—it is conditionally SOLD! I received quite a bit of interest immediately, but this was the only viewing we needed. The couple who came to see the property on Friday afternoon put in an offer the same night. So it was only on the market for 4 days! They commented on how they loved the use of the artwork and modern furniture—especially the orange club chairs in the living room. If this deal doesn’t go through, we have at least 4 clients on the waiting list.  

Great job on your part and two weeks of our hard labour paid off! The advertising pictures speak for themselves and that’s why we had so much interest and sold so quickly. The buyer’s agent we met with on Saturday has worked with you before and loves your work. We advertise for you any chance we get.

You and your staff are professional, creative and care about your clients. We love your suggestions, preparation, attention to detail and follow-up personal service. Not bad for selling it ‘by owner’...so once again you proved to us how effective home staging is! Thanks again for everything.

Joanne, we are so happy with what you and your assistant did for us. It was a daunting task for me to 'take this house and sell it' with little resources and not know where to start. I found you on the Internet -- I was impressed with your advertisement and also when we met for the consultation. You answered all our questions and that's when we decided to hire you.

When I first saw the house after it was staged, I was amazed! I knew it would be beautiful but WOW... it was that and more -- my parents' house was on the market for almost a month-and-half but SOLD within one week of your hard work and magic by IMAGE HOME STAGING! We tell everyone that if it wasn't for your hard work and talent, the house would still be for sale or we'd have to lower the price quite a bit. What really impressed ME is how pleasant and easy it was to work with you. I think we took all your suggestions and when I was so stressed before the first open house, you offered to come by and make sure everything was OK (even watering the plants and taking in the mail). Your tasteful, colourful, and personal touches were what impressed everyone and sold the house!!
