Before putting the home on the market, the homeowner needs to complete the items listed in the recommendations. Image Home Staging can assist you with the sorting and de-cluttering and can provide you a list of tradespeople if help is required with repairs, renovations or housecleaning.

You may choose to do the work yourself or you may consider our staging proposal, which we will email to you at no obligation, normally within 48 hours after the consultation. Our staging work involves re-arranging and editing existing furniture and accessories as well as decluttering and cleaning up. We can do as little or as much as you want — it is entirely up to you and what your budget will allow for the services you choose. By simply using pre-existing furniture and accessories, staging is a cost-effective and non-invasive investment and the cost will be less than a first price reduction.

Our team can help you with final furniture/accessory arrangement and add special touches to create a warm and inviting space for those prospective buyers. This is where the magic happens! By the time we are done, your home will be transformed and open-house ready!

If required, we offer a wide range of rental furniture, accessories and art to update your home’s decor and overall appeal. Our partnership with a national furniture rental company and paint supplier provides us with preferred terms and pricing, which we will pass on to you.
